Cover: A compiled array view from the DNA fragment size analysis of soybean simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers on the 96 capillary ABI PRISM 3700 DNA Analyzer. Seven SSR markers (with green, yellow, and blue fluorescent labels) were analyzed in 96 recombinant inbred soybean lines. DNA fragment size standards (with red fluorescent labels) were simultaneously run in each capillary. The image is the first analysis of plant SSR markers on the 3700 DNA Analyzer from work being conducted at the USDA-ARS, Beltsville, MD. The SSR loci in the array view are seven of those included in Cregan and coworkers (1464-1490).
