Marker locations and distances are the same as in Cho et al. (1998b) and centromeres are indicated by black bars within each chromosome. Filled white boxes with a black triangle indicate increased effects from Milyang23 and black boxes with a white triangle indicate increased effects from Gihobyeo. The peak of the QTL interval plot is indicated by a triangle. The QTL boundaries are defined by the closest flanking markers that reach the empirically-determined significance threshold for each trait (p < 0.05).
