Figure 3. Segregation of sequence tagged site (STS) markers (a) 39E18 and (b) 193I9 in BC5 breeding lines derived from the cross between a backcross resistant parent and susceptible cultivated potato. Individuals with RMc1(blb) nematode resistance locus contain a band of ~400 base pairs (bp) in 39E18 and ~300 bp in 193I9. R = resistant, S = susceptible.
