Thick white lines represent linkage groups, short dark lines represent 20-cM intervals where the SCN QTL are predicted to be located. Due to differences in size and structure of mapping populations, DNA marker platforms, and limited availability of DNA markers at the time of publication of many of the reports included in this review, the placement of these QTL on the soybean genetic linkage map is tentative.
