Only Populations 1 and 2 are represented when two chromosomes are present for a group. Positions of markers used to map linkage groups and cM distance are indicated. Bars to left of linkage groups represent positions of QTL. Bars with darkened centers and light tails indicate QTL for chlorogenic acid. Light bars with dark tails represent maysin QTL. The QTL peak is indicated by the black line through the shaded bar. Midsections of QTL bars represent a 1 LOD confidence interval. The tail sections are an extension to a 2 LOD confidence interval.
