Under conditions of severe stripe rust (Puccinia striiformis West.) infestation at Moscow, Idaho in 1963–65, progeny of crosses between the resistant wheat ( L.) Hussar and the wheats Idaed (resistant) and Dicklow, Baart 46, Federation, and Lemhi (more or less susceptible) showed segregation of minor genes for additive levels of resistance, with the variety Lemhi contributing no genes for resistance.
