A Two-Row Seeder for Water-Seeded Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Plots1

A floating two-row seeder has been developed for waterseeded experimental rice (Oryza saliva L.) plots. Seed distribution and stand establishment are more uniform than that obtained through hand seeding. This improved seeder requires only two operators rather than the four previously needed.
