Plasma treated seeds were conducted at three different exposure time duration's: 2-, 5-, and 20-min. For corn, ODFD-treated seeds were significantly different (P < 0.0001) from control seeds for the first 2 d after sowing. Twenty-min ODFD-treated corn seeds maintained a significant difference from control seed throughout the study. For bean, ODFD 5-min treated seeds were significantly different (P = 0.004) from control seeds from Day 2 through 4, while 20-min treated seeds were significantly different (P = 0.008) from Day 2 through 6. All other treatment effects were not significant at P < 0.05
